I bought and sent in the application form 2 weeks ago. The customer service person told me the processing job should be completed within 10 working days. Then on Thursday, I received a missed call from them but I wasn't at home. So I tried to call them back. Sadly, I was passed around from one person to another 4 times and in the end somebody hung me up. Imagine my frustration. Then on the next day I tried to call them again to check my application status. A guy asked for my personal details like IC, contact number, card number etc and say they'll check and call me back within that day. Again, I was disappointed when I didn't get any return calls. And wow, ever heard that customer support has weekend breaks? They do. I mean, I'm going to let them manage my money and personal information..How could i trust them in this case? I'm going to cancel my card soon.. <strong>[Yea, I had sum difficulities in the beggining too... But after that, it all worked so fine and nice...
