Is it considered rape or lying to be on the safe side…?? Must read..!!
Two days back I was reading New Straits Times and saw this news titled ‘Auxilary cop jailed for rape’… So u noe…had the heart to read it la..hehe… So I read the whole thing.
The news goes like this :
The cop has been sentenced 10 years jail and six strokes of rotan for raping a 15 year old schoolgirl. He befriend her through the girls classmate last year.
Now.. This is the point.. The news said that :
It says the cop got the girls mobile phone number earlier from her school classmate.
Then, the two of them boarded a bus from Klang and headed to Kuala Lumpur, where they checked into a hotel !!! Thats not all.. He raped her twice on that day and once more the following day !!
The offences were committed in room 4006, ‘Excel Inn’ , No 89, Jalan Petaling here between 11a.m and 1p.m and at 5p.m on July 15 and at 7a.m the next day.
Look here, first of all.. Why would a 15 year old school girl befriend with a 27 year old cop. OK nvm..maybe she wanted ’sum friend’… Why would she follow a cop and get into a room… Is she that stupid..? NO she’s not !! This means she knew..and she wanted it.. It says that he raped her twice on the first day and once on the next day..??
I bet you she was having her time the whole night with the cop !!
Its not that easy for a 27 year old man to convince a 15 year old girl to get into a room…
I’ve been reading such cases since last year… And I always get angry when i read this kind of issue…
Since last year there were so many cases like this, so the government had a new concept on how to handle juvenille cases… I read it on newspapers too.. It was like this.. Any girl under the age of 17 who had been sexually abuse or any sexual matters related with a guy is considered RAPE..
It is a good things actually, cause those stupid guys out there would think twice before sexually abusing underage girls… But doesn’t it sound stupid..?? Girls have all kinds of feelings too.. A research says that girls who aged 12 and above likes to be touched or rubbed.. So girls are horny too.. Not all la.. What I’m tryin to say is.. It could be the girl who wanted to have sex…and try all new stuffs… But once she’s back and feel shy to meet the comunity , she puts all the blame on the guy so that she could be on the safe side… Smart eh.. The guy deserves the punishment..but what about the girl..??
In Malaysia, this issue will remain the same I think..

Whether she actually wanted it or not is not the case. The question is if such a thing is legal or not, isn’t she underaged? The cop is at fault anyway, it’s not like she seduced or tricked him or anything right?

the underage enacment is there for a good reason. Those underage girl simply doesn’t really understand about the outcome or problem arises from, ya know, sex!
I mean, how much a secondary school girl know about contraception, birth, STD etc…
As a concious adult, we are well aware about this law. sex + underage girl = rape! Thats apply even with her consent!
Shouldn’t the adults educate the young what is wrong and whats right to do?
In this case, it a cop. Oh great, a law enforcer who certainly know well about the rules. Instead of educating, he is taking advantage aginst the innocent girl.
Just in case if the girl got pregnant, how do you think her future going to be?

Well, I think that this law does prevent the risk of sexual harassment on underage girls. And I really think that the cop was just not matured … or careful enough when befriending this girl. You can’t blame the girl for charging the man. The man is 27 years old and he should have controlled his sexual urges, especially on a 15-year-old girl. Unless both of them were unaware of the law, I think it was justified that the cop be punished. After all, he is serving the government … how could he have not known about this?

Woi, even how horny is the girl or how bad she wants to be farked, as long as she is 15 an you go and fark her then you get onto trouble.
It’s not a problem with the girl. It’s the problem with the man. The 15 year old might want it, but the man mustn’t give! He can ask her to go and rub herself but don’t ever be the one doing the rubbing!

mayb de gurl was an attention-deficient soul!!!!!!! maybe she hadn’t been getting enuf love and care frm home..dat cud haf been de reason as to why she had succumbed to gettin cosy wif dat corp…she was partly responsible for herself n she could have prevented dat traggedy by saying no but how sure can we be that she wasn’t forced into it by that sex-starved corp?????
either ways u look at it the corp still deserves a heavier penalty because his actions towards that underaged girl was simply stupid and destuctive…as for the girl she’s gotto learn how to reject a man’s offer and defend herself!
